1. About BHollis Photography
BHollis Photography is a sole trader business offering:
Adventure and landscape photography sessions
Limited edition print sales
Guided photography shoots in select locations
2. Booking and Services
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
A deposit may be required to secure bookings, depending on the service.
If a session is cancelled by the client with less than 48 hours’ notice, the deposit may be non-refundable.
In the event of poor weather or safety concerns, the session may be rescheduled at no extra cost.
3. Image Usage
Clients may use their commissioned images for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
BHollis Photography retains full copyright over all images taken.
Commercial or third-party use of images requires written permission or licensing.
4. Limited Edition Prints
All prints are professionally produced and made to order.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded unless the item is faulty.
Please allow time for production and delivery (typically 7–10 working days).
5. Website Content
All content on this site (images, text, design) is the property of BHollis Photography unless otherwise credited.
Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of content is prohibited.
6. Payments
Payments for services and products are processed securely via third-party platforms (e.g. Wix Payments, Stripe, Printful).
BHollis Photography does not store any card or payment information.
7. Liability
BHollis Photography is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage during photoshoots, especially in remote or extreme environments.
Clients should ensure they are physically capable and properly equipped for any adventure or outdoor shoot.
8. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated occasionally. Continued use of the website after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
