Refund Policy

At BHollis Photography, each print is made to order with care and attention. Because of the personalised nature of these products, we offer the following returns and refund policy.

 

1. Made-to-Order Prints

 

All prints are made to order and therefore non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase (size, address, etc).

 

2. Damaged or Defective Items

 

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can raise it with our print provider.

Once confirmed, a replacement will be issued free of charge, or a refund offered if a replacement is not possible.

 

3. Lost or Missing Orders

 

If your order does not arrive within 21 days (UK) or 30 days (international), please get in touch so we can investigate and offer a resolution.

 

We may need to contact the print provider or shipping carrier to confirm non-delivery.

 

4. Returns

 

As items are made to order, we do not accept returns for reasons such as changing your mind or ordering the wrong size/variant.

Exceptions may be made at our discretion in rare cases.

 

5. Refunds

 

Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow a few business days for the transaction to appear in your account once approved.
